Since opening her first gym in 2008 she has been working hard to make sure that locals have access to top-quality, affordable exercise options. With 12 years’ experience in health and fitness she specialises in helping people who are new to training feeling comfortable and confident in the gym. Nutritional and motivational guidance are another bonus of training with Bron.

ABOUT NAOMI

Naomi’s passion for fitness fired up as she fought to get back into shape after her third child. With a natural flair in the class room she became a ZUMBA class instructor back in  2011 and is great at delivering motivating circuits and group classes. She is also a qualified PT who loves working with new (and not so new) mums, sports preparation and cardio training. Fun and easy to talk to Naomi will make your fitness journey an enjoyable one.

Kellie is a qualified PT, who is very 

passionate about helping others achieve the best for their health and fitness. With over

20 yrs (1998) experience in fitness, health, nutrition and well-being she creates enjoyable, successful programs to reach your goals and push you just enough to achieve improvements, on both a physical and mindful level. A mum of two, she specialises in helping clients bounce back to pre- baby body.
