//   PERSONAL TRAINING FAQs

Do I have to book sessions all at once?
We encourage a set routine, however you can be flexible so long as you give notice. One-on-one clients have more flexibility. Team packages require a more planned approach as you have one session as a team.

Will I have my own program?
Yes, your trainer will take into account your own personal needs, skill and fitness level. In team training there will be some group work to complement your individual training?

I don’t know anyone to make a team with?
Register your name, your availability and your preferred trainer and we will create a team for you.

What if I don’t turn up?
If you don’t tell us you are cancelling within 24 hours you may lose a session from your card. If part of the team or training with a buddy and the session goes ahead, you may lose the session. If the whole team agrees to re-schedule, you can do this so long as enough notice is provided.

I am a shift worker and can’t commit to one set time.
You can join our flexi-group. We will put you with other people in similar circumstances and try to get a time that suits you most. If you can’t make this we will allow you to jump in on another training session (provided that it is not full).

How many sessions should I have each week?
It depends on you. Some people, who want to achieve goals faster and know they need that extra push will have more than one session per week. Most will be OK with one session a week (so long as you commit to attending the other planned training sessions on your own).
