Fun!
We hear lots of laughter
through those double doors – whether it’s people trying
to master the moves or laughing with the trainers is unknown
but it’s motivating to be working out in a “fun
environment”.
A good
work out Most
classes are designed to give your body a good all-over
workout. Some are more specialised (see descriptions).
Others require specific energy levels but almost all can be
tried by anyone, at all fitness levels. That’s the beauty of
class work-outs you can have experienced people next to
novices benefiting from the same program.
Something new
Trying classes gives you a new
way to work out. We don’t recommend you replace your regular
program with classes but they can really add to your weekly
fitness regime. If you are trying to move weight or increase
your fitness levels, trying something new could provide that
boost you need to get to your next goal!
Variety To ensure
you don’t get bored most classes will be refreshed each 6-8
weeks. That means you have time to get to know the moves and
become comfortable with the class but you won’t get bored.
