Naomi’s passion for fitness fired up as she fought to get back into shape after her third child. With a natural flair in the class room she became a ZUMBA class instructor back in 2011 and is great at delivering motivating circuits and group classes. She is also a qualified PT who loves working with new (and not so new) mums, sports preparation and cardio training. Fun and easy to talk to Naomi will make your fitness journey an enjoyable one.

Bec joined us in 2014. Having faced many obstacles on her own health and fitness journey, she understands that members with the best intentions often have life getting in the way of achieving their goals.

Helping others to achieve their goals has always been Bron’s passion.
Since opening her first gym in 2008 she has been working hard to make sure that locals have access to top-quality, affordable exercise options. With 14 years’ experience in health and fitness she specialises in helping people who are new to training feeling comfortable and confident in the gym. Nutritional and motivational guidance are another bonus of training with Bron.
