Group Exercise News

Due to lack of interest and declining participation classes will only run if 5-6 people have confirmed their attendance by paying a $5 deposit. Please note this includes members and casuals.

The deposit will be refunded (or put towards the cost of the class) on attendance or cancelation of class by gym (because of lack of numbers).

If numbers are not reached we will notify participants ahead of time.

Effectively the popular classes – Zumba, Monday night Spin and Thursday night Yoga should run.

Classes that currently do not meet minimum requirements Tuesday night Pump, Thursday Tabata, Wednesday Yoga.

Wednesday night Pilates is unknown – it has potential but depends on how many regulars are away for holidays.

Xtreme Cardio, Yoga & Breathing Classes are provided by personal trainers and not included in regular membership fee.
