I've been a member of Burn Fitness since the day it opened for business and in that time not only have I discovered the joys and benefits of exercise, but for the first time in my life I can honestly say that I am healthy, fit and very happy. It's been fun, hard work and at times challenging, but I have to say that I am very proud of my results - I've lost kilos, dropped dress sizes and have developed an addiction to exercise, and one of my biggest achievements has been by recent participation in my first ever fun run!
