People with any type of 12 month membership may suspend for a total of six months during a twelve month payment cycle.
If the payment method is monthly direct debit, a minimum of two week’s notice must be given in order to ensure that this can be processed in time for the next withdrawal.
Visa payments attract an additional $5.00 monthly processing fee.
Monthly transactions that fail to process will attract a $5.00 re-processing fee.
Monthly direct debit memberships are only payable electronic funds transfer. Cash payments are not accepted for monthly payments.
If you are unable to arrange a monthly direct debit then an upfront payment schedule will be arranged. See management for more information.
If you realise that you don’t want your membership but your twelve months is not up, you have two choices,
- you can see th membersip out (if the value of the remaining months is less than $150; or
- you can pay the $150 administration fee to cancel the membership immediately.
To top a direct debit membership you must notify us in writing.
