Yoga
Your teacher takes you through the moves, explaining as you go. This class is great for releasing tension and de-stressing.

Cardio X-Treme
A hard-core cardio workout that will have you coming back for more. Track your improvement each week. Designed for all fitness levels (no dance moves in this one either).

Free wellbeing seminars
Sponsored by Community Enterprise & GMHBA These happen on the third Tuesday each month. A variety of presenters provide you with information on all facets of health and well-being and what you could be doing to maximise your potential. (non exercise )

Lunch time circuits—casuals only
Designed for busy workers – you can be in and out in a lunch break (including your shower). Doing this full body strength-training using our state-of-the-art equipment will have you back in shape quickly.

Tabata
Hi intensity interval training gives you a hard-core work out fast. No dance moves in this dynamic workout - so great for the blokes as well. Come each week and keep track of your improvement.

Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin music with easy to follow moves featuring interval and resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning calories and having loads of fun.

Spin-Box
This double intensity cardio class mixes two of your favourites spin and boxing. Cam will make you work for it in this one hour work out.
