Burn presents an exciting class
program to help you achieve your fitness goals

Boxing (for fitness)
These classes give you a full body workout (and relieve lots of stress). Designed to get your heart pumping quickly and throughout. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Aerobics
This is a full-body aerobics class using many of the traditional exercise moves that are coming back in fashion – get ready to grapevine and have some fun as you build up a sweat and work those muscles hard.

Spin
Suitable for all skill levels, enjoy the challenge as the instructor directs you on this 45 min ride. Make the most of your time and burn lots of calories along the way. (earphones required.)

Pump & Burn
Using weights as resistance training to music, giving you a whole body work out.

THT
Tightening and toning exercises for your tummy, hips and thighs. Don’t let the gentle name fool you – you will really get a solid workout and a great sense of achievement. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Fat Burner
A class for participants of all levels, who don’t mind a challenge with variety. Classes can include aerobic dance, cardio circuit, outside activities and step all aimed at melting that fat away!

Pilates
A mind/body fitness system using low impact movements to help improve or maintain a level of general health and fitness. Pilates builds a Strong Body from the inside out.

Krav Maga
1 or 2 hour self defence training. $10 per hour
