Do I
have to have a permanent booking?
No, even if you purchase a bulk pack you can take the
chance and book as you need it but we can only take 4
children per session so there is a chance you will miss out
if you do not commit to spaces in advance. By having a
permanent booking you will also have added incentive to
stick to your fitness commitment.
Is
there a discount for more than one child from my family?
Sorry, we have limited spaces in each session and are
not in the position to offer a family discount at this
stage. However you can purchase a 20 pack and use this for
all children (which will save you $1 per child per session).
Can I
leave my child here while I go shopping?
Sorry, you are required to stay on site. If you child
requires changing we will call you in to do this. We don’t
anticipate feeding children but if this does have to be
done, the minder may also need to call you in to assist
(depending on needs of other children in care at the time).
If I
can’t make my session do I still pay?
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice and we are
unable to fill your space then you will be required to cover
the cost. If you use a card, this will be marked off. If you
are a casual user you will be required to pay for the
session before being able to book any more sessions. You can
arrange for someone to take your place in a session if you
wish. If you have a medical certificate for your child (or
yourself) the fee will be waived.
The
set session times don’t suit me, what can I do?
We will happily try to accommodate special requests,
provided we have enough notice. The minimum fee for a
booking is $12. This means you and a friend can arrange a
permanent booking to suit yourself, so long as there are at
least two children.
